The training consists of 3 residential seminars within half a year.

Subgroup training meetings are arranged between the seminars.

In building this leadership training group we emphasise blending people from different countries and professions. We prioritise practical experience from theoretical input. So you will learn from first hand experience with other people that are just as curious towards you. Naturally your insight and understanding of own cultural luggage will grow.

The ability to bridge and overcome intercultural differences of any kind derives from awareness, knowledge, experience and empathy.

Our methods help - to build a profound understanding of how cultural background affects our outlook, communication and behavioural pattern – and especially how to bridge it.

Professionally

You will gain knowledge of leadership psychology and practical organisational development. And you will get practical experience in using PMI development methods together with individuals, teams and organisations.

Managing and running an organisation mostly involves rational processes! Management procedures are Alfa Omega as a basis for an organisation. But regardless of how much work management tasks demand they still only affect the tip of the organisational iceberg.

Real development and change impact however depends far more on people skills and emotional competence than on management skills. These skills you could call real hands-on leadership competences.

Leading people mostly involves irrational processes! How we treat our selves and each other, how we cope with changes, hopes, fears and uncertainties etc. are key factors for productivity and are crucial for the change capacity in an organisation.
